The KeyBloom web app and desktop app are free to use. PLUS is a paid, one-time license that unlocks additional features in the desktop app as described on the product page.

The blog and the browser tools on it are free to use and supported by ads. Posts and other writing on the site are ours; you may quote them with a link back, but do not republish them in full. Files you make with the browser tools are yours, with no attribution required.

Unless you link a Google account, Openday stores your records in your browser only. If you clear your browser data, use a different browser, or switch devices, the records are gone and cannot be recovered — we keep no copy of them.

Our games include in-game items and currency (such as hearts and coins) that you earn by playing or by watching ads. These are a feature of the game, not property — they have no monetary value, cannot be exchanged for money, and cannot be transferred between accounts or devices. Progress and items are stored on your device, so uninstalling the app or resetting the device removes them and we cannot restore them.

Cloud save is an optional convenience feature that relies on Google Play Games. Because it depends on a Google service, syncing may be delayed or fail depending on your connection and the state of your Google account, and we cannot guarantee it. Your saved data lives in your own Google Drive app data — see the privacy policy for what is stored and how to remove it.

Roomtone is a subscription service that plays curated background music channels in a business such as a cafe or hotel. The library is curated: we may add, replace, or remove tracks without notice.

What a subscription grants is the right to play the provided music publicly at one place of business. One subscription covers one venue — running several venues from a single account is not permitted, and a business with multiple venues needs one subscription per venue. Ownership of the music does not transfer.

Only one device can play at a time on an account. If playback starts on another device, the device that was playing stops when its current track ends.

The following are not permitted:

1. Redistributing, reselling, or sublicensing the music
2. Downloading, ripping the stream, or recording the audio
3. Creating derivative works from the music
4. Using it as a soundtrack in broadcast, video, podcast, or any other secondary distribution
5. Sharing account credentials so that the music plays at a venue without its own subscription

The music we provide is not entrusted to a performance rights society such as KOMCA. That means no separate public performance fee is due for playing these tracks. This covers the music we provide and nothing else — anything you play from another source is outside this agreement.

The music is produced with AI generation followed by human arrangement and mixing. Copyright may not vest in AI-generated material, so what we provide is the right to play the music — we do not warrant that copyright in any track vests in us or in you, and we grant no exclusivity. If that distinction matters to your own use, treat the tracks as background music for your venue rather than as an asset you own.

Members can try Roomtone free for 3 days (72 hours). The trial starts when you tap Start free trial in the app — it does not start on its own.

1. We do not ask for a payment method, and nothing is charged when the trial ends. Playback simply returns to 30-second previews; to keep listening in full, subscribe separately.
2. Each email address can use the trial once. If you delete your account and sign up again with the same email address within one year of the day your trial started, you will not get another trial.
3. You can subscribe during the trial. If you do, your paid subscription applies from then on.

The subscription is monthly and renews automatically until you cancel. Cancelling stops the next charge, and playback continues to the end of the period you already paid for. Where you cancel depends on where you subscribed:

1. Web (Creem) — the manage link in your payment confirmation email
2. Google Play — Play Store › Payments & subscriptions › Subscriptions

Refunds also depend on where you paid. For web subscriptions, amounts already paid are not refunded, including prepaid annual terms — please take this into account before subscribing. For subscriptions bought through Google Play, refunds follow Google Play's refund policy and are handled by Google.

If we fail to provide the service for a period through our own fault, we extend your subscription by that period.

Purchases are processed by Creem (creem.io) as the merchant of record — Creem is the seller for your transaction, and its terms apply to checkout, billing, and taxes. For refund requests or payment issues, contact us at [email protected] and we will resolve it with Creem.

Refund policy: if your license key has not been activated, contact us within 14 days of purchase for a refund. Once the key has been activated, the purchase is non-refundable — except for a defect we cannot fix, or where a refund is required by law.

A PLUS license is a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license, activatable on up to two devices that you use. Do not share, resell, or publish license keys. We may deactivate keys that are obtained or used fraudulently (for example, through payment fraud or key redistribution).

Videos and images you create with KeyBloom are yours. You may use them for any purpose, including commercial use and monetized platforms, with no attribution required.

Do not redistribute, reverse engineer, or modify the software, and do not circumvent the licensing mechanism.

The software is provided "as is", without warranty of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us for the product in question — which is nothing for our free apps and games.

We may update these terms as our products change; the date above shows the latest revision. These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea.

구독으로 얻는 것은 제공된 음원을 사업장 한 곳에서 공개 재생할 권리입니다. 구독 1건은 사업장 한 곳에 대한 것이며, 계정 하나로 여러 사업장에서 재생할 수 없습니다 — 사업장이 여럿이면 그 수만큼 구독이 필요합니다. 음원의 소유권이 이전되는 것은 아닙니다.

당사가 제공하는 음원은 KOMCA 등 저작권 신탁단체에 신탁되어 있지 않습니다. 따라서 이 음원을 재생하는 데 대해서는 별도의 공연사용료가 발생하지 않습니다. 이는 당사가 제공하는 음원에 한하며, 다른 경로로 확보한 음악을 재생하는 것은 이 약관의 범위 밖입니다.

음원은 AI 생성 후 사람이 편곡·믹싱을 더해 제작합니다. AI 생성물에는 저작권이 성립하지 않을 수 있으므로, 당사가 제공하는 것은 재생할 권리이며 개별 곡의 저작권이 당사나 이용자에게 귀속됨을 보증하지 않고 독점적 이용도 부여하지 않습니다. 이 구분이 중요한 용도라면, 음원을 소유 자산이 아니라 사업장에서 트는 배경음악으로 다루시기 바랍니다.

가입한 회원은 룸톤을 3일(72시간) 동안 무료로 체험할 수 있습니다. 체험은 앱에서 「무료 체험 시작」을 누른 때부터 시작되며, 저절로 시작되지 않습니다.

1. 결제 수단을 받지 않으며, 체험이 끝나도 자동으로 결제되지 않습니다. 곡마다 30초 미리듣기로 돌아가며, 전곡을 계속 들으려면 따로 구독해야 합니다.
2. 무료 체험은 이메일 주소당 한 번입니다. 탈퇴한 뒤 같은 이메일 주소로 다시 가입해도, 체험을 시작한 날부터 1년 안에는 다시 받을 수 없습니다.
3. 체험 중에도 구독할 수 있으며, 구독하면 그때부터 결제한 구독이 적용됩니다.

구독은 월 단위이며 해지하기 전까지 자동으로 갱신됩니다. 해지하면 다음 결제가 중단되고, 이미 결제한 기간이 끝날 때까지는 재생을 계속 이용할 수 있습니다. 해지하는 곳은 구독한 곳에 따라 다릅니다.

KeyBloom으로 만든 영상과 이미지는 사용자의 것입니다. 상업적 이용과 수익화 플랫폼을 포함해 어떤 용도로든 출처 표기 없이 사용할 수 있습니다.

소프트웨어는 "있는 그대로" 제공되며 어떠한 보증도 하지 않습니다. 법이 허용하는 최대 한도 내에서 당사의 총 책임은 해당 제품에 대해 이용자가 당사에 지불한 금액을 한도로 하며, 무료 앱·게임의 경우 그 금액은 없습니다.

제품이 변경됨에 따라 약관을 갱신할 수 있으며, 최신 갱신일은 상단에 표시됩니다. 이 약관은 대한민국 법률을 따릅니다.
