We do not collect, store, or transmit personal information such as your name, email address, or phone number. No account is required. App data (settings, projects, saved files) is stored locally on your device — we do not operate a server that receives your data. The only data that leaves your device is what the third-party services described below handle.

Our web tools (for example, 여둘까) process the files you open — such as floor plan images and PDFs — entirely inside your browser. They are never uploaded to a server, and saving produces a file you download to your own device. Editor preferences such as furniture presets are kept in your browser's local storage and contain no personal information.

KeyBloom reads the files you open — MIDI, audio, and project (.kbloom) files — and writes the videos and images you export, all locally on your device. None of these files are uploaded anywhere.

The browser tools on the site (for example, the PDF editor, the PDF compressor, and the image converter) process the files you open entirely inside your browser. They are never uploaded to a server, and saving produces a file you download to your own device.

Pawbit keeps your habits and check-in records in a local database on your device only. There is no account, no login, and no server — deleting the app deletes the data.

Openday keeps your task list, stamps, notes, and daily remarks in your browser's local storage. No account or login is required to use it, and nothing is sent to a server we operate — we cannot see or store your records. Clearing your browser data deletes them. If you choose to link a Google account (see below), a copy is also kept in your own Google Drive.

Roomtone requires an account, so it is the one product where we do hold data. We keep the following:

1. Your email address, and your password as a one-way hash (PBKDF2 — we cannot read it)
2. The time you agreed to the Terms and the Privacy Policy, recorded when you sign up
3. A device number — a random value the app creates when it is installed. It is used only to allow one device to play at a time per account; we do not use your device's own identifiers such as the advertising ID or IMEI. For each account we keep the device number that last played and when
4. Your subscription status, and depending on where you subscribed, either the customer and subscription ids issued by Creem, or the Google Play purchase token, subscription product, status and expiry time
5. What you create in the app — your schedules, your own playlists, the record of tracks you added to or removed from playlists, and your venue name and business type. You choose the business type from a list when you sign up, or type your own under Other (up to 40 characters), and you can change it in Settings. It is used to suggest music that suits your venue
6. Failed sign-in attempts — the number of failures and the unlock time per email address, used to lock sign-in for 30 minutes after 5 failures. This is deleted when you sign in successfully, and we do not store IP addresses
7. Free trial use — if you start the free trial, a hash of your email address (SHA-256, which cannot be turned back into the address) and the time the trial started, kept separately from your account so that each email address gets the trial only once

Separately, we keep playback statistics — which track played when, and the venue's business type — without linking them to any account. They are used only to rank popular tracks and to see trends by business type.

Payment methods such as card numbers are held by Creem or Google, not by us. Playback happens through the app; we do not collect recordings or audio from your premises.

You can delete your account in any of these ways:

1. In the app — Settings › Delete account

Deleting removes your account, your schedules and your playlists. Records of playlist edits are kept for statistics with the link to your account removed, so they can no longer be traced back to you.

To keep your account and delete only some data: you can delete schedules and your own playlists directly in the app, and we will delete other data if you ask at [email protected]. Purchase records may be kept for the period required by law.

The free trial record (the email hash and trial start time) is not deleted when you delete your account. It is used only to prevent the same email address from receiving the free trial again, and is deleted one year after the day the trial started.

If you have an active subscription, cancel it before deleting. A Google Play subscription is billed by Google, so deleting your Roomtone account on its own would not stop the charges.

You can subscribe on the web or inside the app. Web subscriptions are processed by Creem (creem.io) as the merchant of record, under its own privacy policy. Subscriptions bought in the app are processed by Google Play under Google's privacy policy. In either case we never receive or store your card details. To provide support, we can see your subscription status and order records.

The beat flash feature can blink your camera LED using the system torch control — the app has no camera permission and cannot capture images. Background playback runs as a foreground service that only plays audio and collects nothing. Your settings and presets (BPM, meter, sound) are stored on your device.

Sandrop 모래게임 offers an optional cloud save. If you sign in with your Google account, your progress (cleared levels and in-game item records) is stored through Google Play Games saved games — in your own Google Drive app data folder. It never reaches our servers: we neither keep nor read your saved data, and Google handles the transfer and storage. The app requests two scopes — games_lite for the games service and drive.appdata, which can only touch files the app itself created and cannot see your other Drive files. The information involved is your Google Play Games player ID; we do not receive your name or email address.

Signing in is entirely optional — without it the game plays exactly the same and your progress stays on your device. Once linked, the app itself has no disconnect or delete control: you manage the saved data from your Google account instead, in any of the three ways below.

You can delete your saved data, or cut the app's access, at any time — all three of these work:

1. Google Play Games app → Settings → delete this game's saved data
2. Your Google account settings → remove this app's access
3. Google Drive → Settings → Manage apps → delete the app data

Deletion happens inside your own Google account, so it applies regardless of the app.

Openday offers an optional Google account link. If you link one, your records (task list, stamps, notes, and daily remarks) are stored in your own Google Drive app data folder so you can carry on from another device. We operate no server at all: your browser exchanges the data with Google directly, and we neither keep nor read it. The app requests a single scope — drive.appdata — which can only touch files the app itself created and cannot even list your other Drive files. Linking is entirely optional: without it the app works exactly the same and your records stay in this browser. What is stored does not change; we still never ask for your name, phone number, or email address.

You can undo the link or delete the stored records at any time — three separate things:

1. Disconnect in the app — Openday can hand the permission back itself
2. Revoke this app's access in your Google account settings
3. Delete the stored records in Google Drive → Settings → Manage apps

Deleting them is final: we keep no copy, so we cannot restore them.

Our products are not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children, and our apps are not listed for a child audience in app stores.

Our pages embed YouTube videos, which load only after you click play; YouTube (Google) applies its own policies from that point. App downloads are hosted on GitHub, whose privacy policy applies while downloading.

Because app data stays on your device, you can delete it at any time by removing the app or its data. For data held by the third-party services described above, please refer to their policies, or contact us and we will help.
